INTEGRATION WITH MICROSOFT WORD / EXCEL
WeRep allows users to write and modify documents using standard Microsoft Word/Excel software. This management platform doesn’t change how drafters work. They only have to interact with the platform by downloading and subsequently uploading documents after making changes.
The workflow management provides real-time information on the progression of the annual report. How many documents must be completed? By whom? These are some of the questions which the WeRep platform will be able to answer on the basis of your drafting workflow.
In addition to workflow management, WeRep also offers the possibility of establishing separate delivery dates for each document. Therefore it is possible to keep track of the deadlines so as not to delay the project final delivery.
Thanks to its user-friendly web interface, WeRep allows the Project Manager and his/her staff work everywhere in a completely safe environment. WeRep offers 2 types of interface:
- Extended interface
An interface with a full range of functions that can be used by the manager coordinating the annual report project.
- Simplified interfaceAn interface allowing download and upload of files, dedicated to people involved in drafting the annual report and designed to be extremely user-friendly.
MANAGEMENT OF REVISIONS
WeRep allows tracking of all the changes made to the documents. Thanks to this function it is possible to monitor the differences between one version and another and restore the document to a previous version in order to remedy any mistake.
WeRep has an internal messaging system. This function allows drafters to easily communicate and create separate conversations for each document of the annual report.
One of the outstanding WeRep innovations is the publication in XHTML format. Once the drafting process is completed, the user only has to start the automatic conversion (from Word / Excel documents) to obtain a browsable version of the annual report.
